WIC is a federally-funded food assistance program for women, infants, and children. It helps pregnant women, new mothers and young children eat well and stay healthy. WIC is available to families with a low to medium income. Think you may qualify? The friendly VNA staff will help you with the application process. The VNA WIC program is located at 400 N. Highland Avenue in Aurora.

WIC provides:

  • Supplemental food coupons to buy healthy foods - like milk, eggs, cheese, whole grain, breakfast cereals, canned or dry beans or lentils, peanut butter, juices, fruits and vegetables
  • Information about nutrition and health to help you and your family eat well and be healthy
  • Information and assistance with breastfeeding.
  • Referrals to other VNA Health Care services and other local agencies.
