They cared for my father with the
utmost dignity and respect."

VNA Hospice

VNA Hospice exists to help patients coping with end-of-life issues find dignity, hope, and comfort and to provide support to family members throughout the experience of losing a loved one.

When to Call Hospice
Making that first phone is difficult. You can call VNA Hospice even if you are not ready to start hospice care. Our intake nurses will answer your questions or help you find a resource that might be helpful to your family. Topics we can help with include:
  • Advance directives
  • End-of-life issues
  • Assistance with making plans for providing care for a loved one with a terminal illness
  • Grief and loss issues
  • Palliative care vs. curative treatment

VNA Hospice is your neighbor, and our office and staff are locally based. We care for patients near the end of life and their families in the greater Fox Valley area, including Kane, Kendall, Dekalb, DuPage, Grundy, Lake, LaSalle, McHenry, and Will counties, and portions of Cook county.
