Give the Gift of Vision

VNA Health Care and Spectrios Institute for Low Vision announce a new partnership to provide preventative and diagnostic vision care to low-income men, women, and children in need.

• Approximately 14 million people 12 years and older have visual impairment. More than 80% of those people can be corrected to have better vision.

• Approximately 6.8% of children under the age of 18 in the U.S. have a diagnosed eye
and vision condition

• More than half of adults do not seek care due to lack of awareness or costs, including lack of
adequate health insurance

• Diabetics are at an increased risk for eye disease. Early detection and treatment of diabetes
related eye conditions saves vision

» People with diabetes are 40% more likely to have Glaucoma

» 2.5 million Hispanic and Latino Americans over the age of 20 have diabetes

Please help VNA Health Care provide preventative
and diagnostic vision care for low-income
men, women, and children in need.

Tribute Gifts

Can I make a donation in honor or memory of someone?
Yes. If you are making a donation online, you can designate the gift in memory or to honor someone. You can also mail in your gift with a letter advising us that the gift is in memory or honor of someone. When can I expect my receipt?
You can expect your acknowledgment letter for your donation within one to two weeks from the date you send it in. If you make your gift online, your receipt will be e-mailed to you.

If you are making a recurring donation through your credit or debit card, your contribution will be charged automatically according to your instruction and with the frequency and amount you have selected.
