Comenzar la terapia puede ser un gran paso para ser la versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable de ti mismo y vivir la mejor vida posible, sin importar los desaf\u00edos que puedas enfrentar. A trav\u00e9s de la terapia, puede cambiar comportamientos y h\u00e1bitos autodestructivos, resolver sentimientos dolorosos, mejorar sus relaciones y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque nadie puede decirle exactamente c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 su proceso de terapia, en todos los modos de terapia establecer\u00e1 objetivos para su terapia y determinar\u00e1 los pasos que tomar\u00e1 para llegar all\u00ed. Ya sea en terapia individual, grupal o familiar, su relaci\u00f3n con su terapeuta es confidencial y se enfoca no solo en el contenido de lo que habla, sino tambi\u00e9n en el proceso.
