Jim Hojnacki

Jim Hojnacki is Vice President of Administrative Operations at VNA. In his current role, Jim provides strategic oversight and leadership across several critical departments, including Accounting, Finance, Call Center, Registration, Benefits, Data Analytics, and Information Technology. He is responsible for aligning administrative functions to support organizational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and ensure operational excellence across the agency. Jim joined VNA in 2015 as Vice President of Provider Relations and was promoted to his current role in 2020.

Jim has more than 20 years of senior-level management experience in the healthcare field. Prior to joining VNA, he served as Regional Director of Occupational Health Services for both Presence Mercy Medical Center in Aurora and Presence Saint Joseph Hospital in Elgin. He also held administrative responsibility for inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies at Presence Mercy Medical Center. Earlier in his career, Jim held a variety of leadership roles in healthcare operations and business development, where he successfully led multi-site service lines and implemented system-wide process improvements.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with an accounting minor from DePaul University.
