This distinction underscores VNA’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the nearly 90,000 people it serves each year across suburban Chicago and beyond. HRSA also recognized VNA with other national awards, culminating in a total of seven awards highlighting exceptional performance. VNA has also earned Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition for building strong, trusted relationships with patients and making care easier to navigate.
