Community Open House – Villa Park

On Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day, all VNA locations will be closed. Only the VNA clinics located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 and 323 Weston Avenue, Aurora, IL 60505 will be open from 8am-12pm. The Weston Avenue clinic will only be open for Immediate Care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 for assistance.

Due to a city water main break, the VNA Elgin clinic located at 620 Wing Street is temporarily closed on Tuesday, July 1st. For immediate care, please visit the VNA Elgin Clinic located at 801 Villa Street. Those with appointments on July 1st at the VNA Elgin clinic at 620 Wing Street are being rescheduled.
