VNA Weston Avenue - Temporarily Closed

VNA Health Care located at 323 Weston Avenue in Aurora, IL, will be temporarily closed on Sunday, August 17th due to a power outage. Other VNA locations in Aurora including VNA Health Care – Indian Avenue and VNA Health Care – Highland Avenue are unaffected and remain open. During this time, we ask that you please visit your nearest VNA location – vnahealth.com/locations.

On Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day, all VNA locations will be closed. Only the VNA clinics located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 and 323 Weston Avenue, Aurora, IL 60505 will be open from 8am-12pm. The Weston Avenue clinic will only be open for Immediate Care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 for assistance.
