Amy Baudouin

Amy Baudouin is Vice President of Facilities and Office Operations. In this role, Amy leads the integration of people, place, process, and technology to ensure the functionality of VNA’s physical environments. As VNA’s property manager, she acts as internal project manager for all new construction and renovation projects. Amy oversees maintenance and security personnel and also manages all facility, safety, and environmental issues related to VNA’s credentialing by The Joint Commission. Amy joined VNA in 1990, became Director of Office Operations, and was promoted to her current role in 2012.

Amy has over 30 years of experience in healthcare office operations and facilities management. Prior to joining VNA, Amy served in office operations roles in skilled nursing and other industries.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree from Aurora University and is a certified Facility Management Professional (FMP). She serves on the Plum Landing Retirement Community Board of Directors.
