Dave Koch

Dave Koch, Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, held senior leadership positions with VNA from 2004 to 2015, including COO, and returned to VNA in 2023. Dave holds responsibility for operations oversight for all VNA services. Dave has over 35 years of health care leadership experience. Prior to returning to VNA, he spent 7 years at Spectrum Health Lakeland in southwest Michigan, serving as Executive Director of Operations for their primary care, medical specialty, and surgical specialty medical practices. Prior experience included operations leadership for home based services with the University of Chicago Health System and regional leadership for Critical Care America, a national home infusion services provider. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in business operations management from Indiana University, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University, and a Fellowship from The American College of Medical Practice Executives. Dave and his wife Liz have six children and ten grandchildren.
