Theresa Powell Williams

Theresa Powell Williams is Associate Vice President of Employee Services. Theresa is responsible for leading the comprehensive human resources function which includes HR strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, HR information system, compliance, and performance management. Theresa joined VNA in 2011 and was promoted to her current role in 2020.

Theresa has over 20 years of experience working in the Human Resources field. She joined VNA as an Employee Services Generalist, advanced to the role of Director of Employee Services, and then was promoted to her current role as Associate Vice President of Employee Services. Prior to joining VNA, Theresa served as a Human Resources Lead Specialist for Hallmark Services Corporation (HCSC/Blue Cross Blue Shield). She previously served in various Human Resources positions in the insurance and financial services industries.

Theresa is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
