Optometry Services
VNA recommends an annual eye exam for patients of all ages. Annual exams can detect eye disease early, and early treatment can prevent more serious problems.
People with eye health issues often experience no symptoms. Early detection through an eye exam at VNA can prevent diseases related to diabetes, macular degeneration, and glaucoma, which may lead to blindness.
During your exam, the doctor also will determine if you need glasses if you don’t already wear them. We offer affordable glasses and a wide selection of frames in our optical shop.
You may qualify for a free exam and a free pair of glasses through our grant from Lions Club District 1J as well.

PHARMACY SERVICES
We provide prescription discounts for VNA patients. Available for all medications, our markdowns are greater than those you’ll find at large retail and big box–store pharmacies. You can also receive a discount at participating Walgreens throughout our service area if your prescription is written by a VNA provider.
VNA’s pharmacy is located at our Highland Avenue Health Center in Aurora.
Services include prescription discounts for VNA patients and drive-thru service.
As a current patient of VNA Health Care, you have your medical record linked to our pharmacy computer system. This gives us accurate, up-to-date information about every prescription your doctor or nurse practitioner writes for you. As part of our healthcare clinical team, our pharmacists work with your provider to determine the best medication and dosage for you.
SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Laboratory Services
Visit any VNA facility for lab work you might need. After seeing your provider, you can go to our onsite lab or bring your lab order to another location.
The labs at all VNA Health Care facilities are managed by LabCorp. You will receive a bill from LabCorp for your lab work. To receive a discount, you must bring in your proof of income at the time of service. You are eligible for the discount at VNA orders at any LabCorp location.
