Common Questions About Immediate Care

Yes, you can still go to Immediate Care even if you don’t have insurance. We offer services to everyone, no matter if they have insurance or not. We also offer help to make sure you can get the care you need.

The cost of Immediate Care without insurance depends on what services you need, for example, if you need lab or radiology services. At VNA, we try to keep the costs as low as possible. We have a sliding scale system based on family size and income. We can also help you figure out if you qualify for benefits and how to apply for them. You can call ahead to get an idea of how much it might cost, and we can help you find ways to pay.

Immediate care and Urgent Care often mean the same thing. Both terms refer to situations that require immediate medical attention but aren’t life threatening. Something important you should know is that not all Immediate Care and Urgent Care centers offer the same services. Make sure to choose a center that can offer the treatment you need. VNA’s Immediate Care at Weston Avenue does x-rays, suturing and soft casting for minor emergencies.
