Find care for you or a loved one at the VNA Health Care Center in Weston Ave, Aurora. Our primary care services include sick care, check-up and screenings, and management and prevention of chronic conditions.
Our Weston Ave clinic also offers immediate care for minor emergencies, women’s health services, pediatrics and behavioral health services. You can fill prescriptions and get refills for your medications at our on-site pharmacy.
If you are in need of medical care and can’t wait, come to our Weston Ave Center for immediate care. We can treat minor illnesses and injuries, as well as minor emergencies that require imaging of bones, suturing, chest x-rays and temporary casting. For major emergencies, you should go directly to a hospital.
