The VNA Health Care Healthy Families program offers free prenatal classes to help parents prepare for the birth of their baby! Classes are open to the entire community. No registration is needed. All are welcome!
Class 1—Anatomy & Stages of Labor
Class 2—Medical Interventions
Class 3—Comfort Measures
Class 4— Breastfeeding, Nutrition, Alcohol, & Smoking Cessation
Class 5—Postpartum Care
Class 6—Newborn Care
