VNA Health Care – Joliet Temporary Closure
VNA Health Care, located at 1501 W. Jefferson Street in Joliet, will be temporarily closed on Friday, May 22, due to a water main break.
Patients with scheduled appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule. During this temporary closure, patients are encouraged to visit one of the following nearby VNA Health Centers:
• Romeoville – 160 N. Independence Blvd.
• Bolingbrook – 396 Remington Blvd., Suite 230

Memorial Day Schedule
On Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day, all VNA locations will be closed except for VNA Health Center – Bolingbrook and VNA Health Center – Aurora Weston Avenue (Immediate Care Only).
