On Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day, all VNA locations will be closed. Only the VNA clinics located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 and 323 Weston Avenue, Aurora, IL 60505 will be open from 8am-12pm. The Weston Avenue clinic will only be open for Immediate Care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 for assistance.

Due to a city water main break, the VNA Joliet clinic is temporarily closed on Saturday, April 26th. For immediate care, please visit VNA Romeoville or VNA Bolingbrook. Those with appointments on April 26th in Joliet are being rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
