Nikki Brown

Nikki Brown is the Vice President of Finance. In this role, she has responsibility for all accounting and finance activities at VNA. She joined the VNA Health Care leadership team in November 2025.

Nikki has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, with over 10 of those years in a senior leadership role. Prior to joining VNA, Nikki was the CFO at Thrive Counseling Center, a community mental healthcare agency, where she supported the rapid growth of the agency by focusing on maximizing grant revenue and implementing efficiencies to expedite third-party patient revenue. She also held various finance and accounting leadership roles in the healthcare education and technology industry. Nikki began her career as an auditor at KPMG.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bradley University.
