Associate Vice President of Education, Wellness & Safety

Jordan Scofield is the Associate Vice President of Education, Wellness, and Safety. Jordan is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, direction, and evaluation of clinical education activities and processes throughout VNA. She also oversees the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program and all of VNA Health Care’s wellness programs, including community wellness classes, Step by Step, and Walk With a Doc. Jordan leads organizational risk management activities that minimize the risk of adverse incidents while maximizing patient care quality and employee safety. She also oversees compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation requirements, and other critical areas, and serves as VNA’s Compliance Officer, Risk Manager, Privacy Officer, and Safety Officer. Jordan joined VNA in 2012 and was promoted to her current role in 2021.

Jordan has over 15 years of clinical leadership experience in health care. She joined VNA after receiving her bachelor’s degree as a Staff Nurse, advanced to Director of Clinical Coordination, then to Associate Vice President of Clinical Services before being promoted to her current role.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law with a concentration in health law and health care compliance. She has served on the Royal Family Kids of Fox Valley Chapter board since 2020 and currently holds the position of Camp Director.
