Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

VNA Health Care has a specialist team of providers who are trained to provide Medication-assisted treatment (MAT). MAT is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, which is effective in the treatment of opioid use disorders (OUD) and can help people to sustain recovery.

Support Groups for Loved Ones of those suffering from Addiction

Are you supporting someone who is suffering from addiction or a substance use disorder due to alcohol, drugs or opiates?

If you are, VNA is here to support you. Led by a VNA social worker, this free support group is open to anyone. This group will help you:

  • Become educated on addiction and the recover process
  • Learn the importance of self-care and ways to improve personal wellness
  • Share your story and hear other’s stories in a safe, comfortable environment
  • Learn how to build a support system
  • Get connect to VNA Health Care services and community resources

Group Meeting Schedule and Contact Information

The group is held in person and online. Online groups are on Mondays from 1:30pm to 2:30pm and in person groups are at 400 N Highland Avenue on Mondays from 10am – 11am. Visit VNA’s Calendar for dates and times.
