December 31 – VNA Locations Close at 4PM
January 1 – VNA Locations Closed – Except Bolingbrook and Weston*

* VNA Health Center – Bolingbrook and VNA Health Center – Aurora Weston Avenue Open From: 8AM-12PM

On Thursday, November 27, in celebration of Thanksgiving Day, all VNA locations will be closed.*

*The VNA Health Center located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL will be open from 8am to 12pm on Thanksgiving Day and the VNA Health Center located at 323 Weston Avenue in Aurora, IL will be open from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. for primary care and immediate care services from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

On Friday, November 28, all clinics are open.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 to obtain immediate assistance.

On Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day, all VNA locations will be closed.

Only the VNA clinics located at 396 Remington Blvd, Ste 230, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 and 323 Weston Avenue, Aurora, IL 60505 will be open from 8am-12pm. The Weston Avenue clinic will only be open for Immediate Care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 for assistance.
